2. Description of Service

IndexCrawler provides a bulk URL submission service for search engine indexing. We submit URLs on your behalf to various search engines and indexing services. We do not guarantee that submitted URLs will be indexed, as this is ultimately determined by the search engines themselves.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must create an account via Telegram. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are required to submit URLs through our service
  • Credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Unused credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Failed URL submissions do not consume credits
  • All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Submit URLs containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Submit URLs that infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Engage in any activity that could harm the Service or other users
  • Attempt to bypass any security measures or access restrictions
  • Submit spam, malware, or phishing URLs
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend or terminate the Service at any time for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
